The South Dakota Senate has passed a bill banning abortion except where the life of the mother is at stake. It is going to the house but since they already approved a similar one, there should be no trouble there. Here is an article from Fox News

Folks can sign a petition that will be sent to SD Governor at AFA.com (American Family Association), in favor of his signing that bill into law.
