Ready to go

I had the most wonderfully relaxing day today.  Which I needed after getting to bed too late and up to early the past 3 days.

Saturday I went to Hickory with the FHS band and watched them compete.  If I haven't already said this, they have a really great show this year, honoring those who died at Pearl Harbor.  It's fun, it's dramatic, it's moving.  You get to experience the full spectrum of emotions in their 6 minute show.  I am very proud of all the hard work that's gone into making in such a great show and especially of Robert's great color guard choreography and how he's worked so hard with them to get it clean and together.

This morning (we got back at 2am) I really wanted to go to my church, and so I did and Richard had a great sermon about faith which went along with my Bible reading last night (I love it when God does that  :)

So anyway....right now I am too tired and need to go to bed, that's why I am rambling on and on...I need to delete this but I don't know when I'll have a chance to post again in the next 3 weeks.  SO....I am going to say I feel very mentally prepared for what these next 21 days will hold work wise since we will be putting up Jekyll & Hyde and performing it in that time.  Yup.  3 weeks from today our last major musical of the year will be finished.  And I feel ready for all that has to be done between now and then.  I had a relaxing afternoon with great friends (the Andrew Makinsons, the Jonathan Makinsons, the Daniel Ostojic's) and a lovely quiet evening with Taco Bell (yea sporks!), Date Night the movie and my Robert.  :)

So have a happy 3 weeks everybody....come see Jekyll and Hyde...it's going to be very exciting!
