One week from today I will be in Kansas City. I am looking forward to being in the prayer room again and seeing everyone from Fire In The Night.
This week was the first week of our summer schedule at the gym. I love coaching in the summer because the kids learn so much due to smaller classes and longer hours.
Last night I attended a prayer meeting regarding the teen and children's programs at church. It was the first time in a while I have sensed God speaking to me in a corporate prayer meeting, but then, it's the first time I've stopped and listened in a while. It was so refreshing and encouraging. God is so good. The Bible is full of His loving care for His people and the greatness of His majesty and splendor. And when I stop to think about it, my own lfe is a story of His greatness and goodness; He is faithful.
"He's not a baby in a manger anymore. He's not a broken man on a cross. He didn't stay in the grave, and He's not staying in heaven forever. He's alive!"

| You Are Sunrise |
You enjoy living a slow, fulfilling life. You enjoy living every moment, no matter how ordinary. You are a person of reflection and meditation. You start and end every day by looking inward. Caring and giving, you enjoy making people happy. You're often cooking for friends or buying them gifts. All in all, you know how to love life for what it is - not for how it should be. |

This weekend was a lot of fun. My family went to Illinois for an engagement party for Ben and Keri.

While we were there, Papa found the house that he use to live in when he worked at the airforce base. We went over Sunday afternoon and the lady who owns it now gave us the full tour of the entire house, from porch to cupola (that's the very tip of the tower.) The house was built in the late 1800's and the family is in the process of restoring it. It is beautiful and very interesting to look at.

This is Kari, Keri's maid of honor...Keri and her brother, Sean.

My wonderful soon to be sister-in-law flying off to show us more of the wedding location (her grandparents back-yard).
